So I'm a thinker - we've been there already - an artist, a designer (I weave!), a free-lance writer and many many other things. But I absolutely LOVE blogging. Some people say it's because I need an outlet, but I like having my stuff read, making an impression on people, and perhaps even making some people smile - like with my quotes. On my other blog, which is now private due to two people who were making a nuisance of themselves, I had some thirty followers and my stats showed up to fifty hits (from people other than creepy stalkers), likes, and comments. This made me feel good inside. My words mattered. It's the same reason I have my work published monthly - most of that stuff is what I post here (you can tell because it's well researched!) with other scattered thoughts along the way. Now that it's private no one, other than my followers, can read my posts and no one new gets to see it. I wrote for the world and unfortunately, due to some idiots, I had to limit my reach.
Sometimes, it's hard to draw a line between what should be kept personal and what should slash can be shared as people tend to become too familiar and it can lead to all kinds of bizarre things as I recently found out.
What I meant to say, anyway, and I think I went off topic a little, was that I love to blog! And I'm so happy that I have this space - my blog for whoever. I check out my stats, and I see people from all over (Philippines, Canada, Africa, India, Singapore, Australia and South America - to name a few) having checked in. Makes me smile. I only have a handful of followers currently, but I'm sure as time increases, so will that number! Till then, imma keep writing and sharing my thoughts (be they serious, humorous, confusin or just plain silly), quotes, funniness, randomness and quirkiness with you! And I'd love your feedback! :) My ears are always open for appreciation, but for criticism you have to make an appointment ;)
Thinking I'll start putting up some of my fiction also. I'm quite the story teller as people close to me will tell you!
